What was the highlight of BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Wagga Wagga
Nice family accomodation if you go during the right time of the year.
The site is conveniently located. There is a IGA supermarket and petrol station next door. Our cabin is clean and reasonably modern. It is pet-friendly so we can stay here with our dog.
Our cabin has a weak air conditioning unit. The heating function is not enough to combat the low temperature outside due to poor insulation of the cabin and I can feel a draft in the bedroom throughout the night. The cabin is better suited for warmer seasons.

Our stay at The Big 4
Staff was friendly. Pet friendly. Ash tray outside. Nice place to walk the dog near the river. The bats were amazing. So many ! Inside very clean and towels were presented beautifully. Bed was comfortable. We opted to stay a few extra days due to the great weather until the weather forecast turned bad. The $30 cleaning fee was reasonable even though our poodle type dog doesn't shed and is treated with flea and worm medication, would have made it a dream for the cleaners. We were all very comfortable thankyou. We left the place clean and tidy. Rubbish put away in the main bin area outside.. Our stay was beautiful. Thankyou.
Three things mainly. 1. The aircon was very noisy and needs attention. It would go through cycles of sounds that would range from normal humming to a loud level of humming that would vibrate the whole cabin just like we were in a helicopter about to assend to another planet. It wasn't too bad in the bedroom but in the kitchen it was extremely noisy. 2. The toilet paper was terribly thin. We ended up purchasing our own toilet paper. 3. After our 2nd an 3rd night we quickly ran out of coffee, tea and sugar and had to use our own.

Was there for kids ro play softball unfortunately with the way the one staff member treated us we won’t be back
Nice and close to everything
Mattresses very thin on the bunk beds And staff not so friendly when children had been in pool for not even 5 minutes and told they were locking the gate when the sign clearly said close at 6pm close The boys needed to go in and have a swim to recover after playing sport all day
